- Possess a solid understanding of audio visual equipment and rigging techniques;
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in audio visual rigging;
- Hold relevant certifications in rigging;
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics;
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to work at heights and in physically demanding environments;
- Good communication and teamwork skills;
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to rigging;
- Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends;
- Valid driver's license preferred.
