- Work closely with sales leadership to streamline and optimize the sales process, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness at every stage of the customer journey;
- Evaluate and implement sales enablement technologies and tools to enhance productivity, communication, and performance tracking;
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyze data to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives. Use insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes;
- Foster strong relationships with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on initiatives that impact sales effectiveness;
- Develop and maintain clear and consistent communication channels between sales and other departments, ensuring that the team is well-informed and equipped to meet objectives;
- Design and deliver sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team. This includes onboarding new hires and providing ongoing training for existing team members;
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Extensive experience working in the fintech industry;
- Proven experience in sales enablement, training, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence without direct authority.
- Familiarity with sales enablement technologies and tools.
- Excellent written & spoken communication skills in English and good command of Russian (A2/B1 level);
