You will be collaborating closely with the relevant stakeholders and the Customer Operations Optimization Manager to solve technical obstacles, ensuring a smooth operational flow. The holder of this role represents a connecting link between our consumer facing and our operational teams, working toward consistently elevating the customerexperience.Are you ready to turn up the power and bring the thrill of Spannung into your working life?   • Optimization. You will be responsible to optimize product flows and operational processes acting as a facilitator between operational, customer facing and technical departments, as well as 3rd party providers.
  • Testing. Carrying out User Acceptance testing as well as providing trainings to the operations team is a crucial part of this role after assisting in the implementation of new tools and features.
  • Monitoring. Monitor processes to identify technical bugs and liaise with vendors and product owners to ensure technical improvements take place.
  • Documentation. You are documenting business requirements following the department guidelines and methodologies.
  • Flexibility. Assist the Customer Operations Optimization Manager with any other ad-hoc tasks.
QualificationsWhich skills should you bring to the pitch
  • Experience. You bring first years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably within the iGaming industry.
  • Language skills. English is the official language in our Malta office, therefore fluent English language skills are essential. As the #1 sportsbetting provider in Germany, German language skills are desirable but not essential.
  • Data Driven. Analytical affinity combined with a strong understanding of data helps you to understand technical problems and enables you to solve these challenges.
  • Self-driven. You are an eager and motivated professional who is able to identify potential needs and gaps and being an advocate for collaboration to find the best solution possible to close these.
  • Project Management. You have experience in project management and are passionate about streamlining processes. Combined with your customer-centric approach, you achieve efficiency and effectiveness in your daily work.
  • Ownership & Accountability. Proactively embrace new challenges and take full responsibility for the smooth running of important improvements.
