Do you have a passion for creating delicious and satisfying breakfasts? We’re seeking a motivated and skilled Breakfast Chef to join our team in creating an exceptional morning experience for our client’s guests.Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of European breakfast dishes, including English breakfast, poached and scrambled eggs, and Hollandaise sauce.
Work efficiently to deliver a la carte breakfast orders with accuracy and speed.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work area.
Ensure all food handling practices adhere to Maltese regulations and maintain a valid Maltese food handling license.
Collaborate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

Requirements:

Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in the hotel or restaurant industry.
Strong knowledge of European breakfast dishes and cooking techniques.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Commitment to maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
Valid Maltese food handling license.
