• Proven track record as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume, upscale hotel or restaurant environment, demonstrating expertise in handling a demanding pace.
• Possession of a culinary degree or equivalent certification (preferred) and an extensive knowledge of pastry techniques allowing you to craft exceptional desserts.
• Possess a working knowledge of baking with ingredient limitations (e.g., sugar-free, gluten-free), allowing you to cater to diverse dietary needs.
• Proven leadership and team development skills to inspire and guide a team of pastry cooks, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Possess excellent organizational and time management skills, demonstrating the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
