Invest yourself in the alternative, and join an organization where you progress on merit, where you can speak openly with whoever you are speaking to, and where you will be supported along whichever path you choose to takeJOB DESCRIPTIONAs part of the Fund Administration team your role will include the following responsibilities:Processing of Investor transactions;Review of Due Diligence documents at investment stage;Ongoing monitoring of investors;Liaising with clients/investors for missing KYC;Ensuring that all procedures are followed during investor on-boarding and ongoing monitoring of investors;Ensuring investor statements are sent out in accordance with the offering documents;Assisting in the day to day activities in line with internal and external SLA timeframes;Assisting the Funds Team in all operations and controls, performing Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks, FATCA / CRS reviews.YOUR PROFILE:You hold a Degree or equivalent in Financial Services, Business, Economics or any other related field;Previous experience in an investor services/transfer agency team would be considered as an asset;Able to adapt quickly to challenging and changing prioritiesStrong communication (verbal and written) and problem-solving skillsThe ability to work to tight deadlinesDisplay high levels of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to identify opportunities for process improvementsHappy to be part of a multi-cultural teamSelf-motivated, mature and looking to develop in an environment which is full of opportunities for growth and career advancement.Equity in every sense of the wordWe are in the business of equity, in every sense of the word.
