CRM Executive to a Digital Marketing Company in Malta

• Brief in campaigns including: send-outs of emails, SMS, OSM and other content types for various brands and markets.
• Solid understanding of the conversion, retention, churn prevention and reactivation CRM process.
• Assist in writing and localising copy for marketing and promotional materials
• Cross check with all stakeholders to ensure all details are available for execution
• Work with content management system (CMS) to upload banners and banner copies on site
• Communication creations and send outs.
• Setup Bonuses using back office tools for targeted marketing promotions.
• Request and handle customer lists and ensure correct segmentation.
• Launch and test promotions on multiple devices.
• Establish a good communication with the customer support team.
• Report on communication and campaign performance.
• Constant lookup for processes / campaigns / tools optimisation.
• Ensure timely and flawless quality on all tasks handled.
• Keep monitoring and improveming our automated flows across devices, brands and markets to optimize our user experience.
• Ensuring that the Customer Service Team and all project stakeholders are kept fully up to date with all upcoming campaigns and promotions.
• Monitoring industry trends and providing competitor analysis where relevant.
• Be involved in our new team members training
