Posting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded. Kindly refer to detailed description.Cash Management & Reconciliation Assist in the preparation of management accounts. Issuing and reconciling Invoices, Receipts Collection and Track and monitor accounts receivable and payable. Prepare VAT declaration list. Liaise with external auditors to finish audit reports. Supervise the completion of the audit by investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of noncompliance. Reply in a timely manner to all bank queries in relation to company bank accounts. Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines. Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports when necessary.
