- Organize and manage legal documents and correspondence
- Assist in the preparation and submission of legal documents with courts and agencies
- Monitor court dates and deadlines
- Handle incoming calls and assist with inquiries and requests
- Manage email and calendars, including scheduling of appointments and meetings
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Oversee supplies and equipment, and organize maintenance coordination
- Provide support with invoicing and payment processes
- Support the implementation and monitoring of policies and procedures
- Collect information for, and ensure the maintenance of precise compliance records and reports
- Minimum A-Level standard of education
- Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Manage confidential information
- Prioritise tasks and adapt to changing circumstances
- Meticulous whilst being able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
