- Develop and implement departmental brand strategies
- Maintain budgets for the department, ensuring financial targets are met
- Oversee and assist in the recruitment and selection of all Food and Beverage associates
- Provide ongoing coaching and development
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed
- Oversee the planning and execution of special events and banquets
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular inspections of the food and beverage outlets to ensure quality and consistency
- Collaborate closely with the management team, prioritizing the overall success of the hotel and guest satisfactionRequirements:
- Experience in a food and beverage management role preferably in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and profitability in a food and beverage operation
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
