- Manage up-and-cross sell towards existing customers (upselling new markets, products or functionalities that Trustly offers as well as upsell to new brands/markets launched by merchants)
- Identify revenue growth opportunities with your respective portfolio of merchants
- Take ownership of commercial negotiations and other supporting activities with respective customer
- Build relationships and long-term strategic cooperations with assigned customer accounts
- Work thorough analysis of various pricing models with regards to pricing negotiations
- Work towards achieving the individual targets and reaching the department KPIs
- Attend industry events
- Business developer at heart with proven track record of successfully closing deals and reaching revenue targets
- 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development roles in fintech, SAAS, payments, gaming, or IT industry
- Great in building and maintaining relationships with various levels of stakeholders in your client base and the industry
- Hard-working, ambitious, dedicated and willing to go the extra mile to successfully close a negotiation and maximise the value of the deal
- A very good communicator and have the ability to explain complex topics in a clear and understandable way
- Humble with a strong business acumen
- Take great pride in your work and strive for excellence with drive and endurance
- Ownership mentality and accountability
- Consider yourself great with numbers, analytical and able to use logic and problem-solving skills to find the relevant solutions
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written and it's a bonus if you speak other languages
