BI Analyst (Sports)

• Deep knowledge of Sportsbook Product and Sports Trading is needed!

• Own sportsbook data and insight and establish yourself as the primary point of contact for sportsbook data.
• Support the integration of data from feed providers with the Rootz platform.
• Maintain data quality assurance by monitoring the data and establishing reconciliation processes.
• Establish relevant KPIs for monitoring sportsbook performance.
• Visualise these performance metrics in the form of insight dashboards to be used by end users to make data driven decisions.
• Develop player segmentation models and integrate them with existing automation processes on our platform.
• Support the CRM team by analysing customer data, identifying trends, and recommending targeted marketing strategies to enhance player engagement and retention and optimise bonus costs.
• Support the sportsbook team with any adhoc data requests.

• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Deep knowledge of Sportsbook Product and Sports Trading.
• Excellent SQL Skills.
• Previous Experience with odds feed providers.
• Profound understanding of variables impacting Sportsbook profitability.
• Experience with dashboarding tools.
• Strong communication with business stakeholders and external providers.
• Experienced in gap analysis and defining requirements.
• Experience interacting with APIs.

• Experience with Clickhouse DBMS.
• Experience with Tableau.
• Python/R/Go Scripting.
• Confluence/Jira.
