A client of ours, operating a number of diverse interconnected Companies with their own specialized domains, is searching for a Student Recruitment Advisor to join their team. The chosen candidate will play a pivotal role in driving growth and expanding the Company's reach.Responsibilities

Strategically identify, develop, and close B2C sales opportunities through phone, email, and messaging.
Create tailored solutions that align with client needs, fostering long-term relationships.
Work collaboratively across teams to ensure a cohesive strategy and seamless client experience.
Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage insights to drive innovation within their offerings.

Skill-sets and Requirements

Candidates must already be based in Malta, with the legal right to work in Malta
Excellent command in both Maltese AND English
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive communication skills
Resilient, attentive-to-detail and able to multi-task and work under pressure
Candidates must have a flair for sales/business development, demonstrating hunger and eagerness to learn, deliver and advance

Education & Experience

Prior experience in sales or business development is a must
Preference will be given to candidates with demonstrable experience in B2C sales
O Level of Education as a minimum
